Speak with an Advisor About MBSR Teacher Training
Staff and faculty are available for advising sessions as you explore the next step in your mindfulness and professional development journey. These one-on-one conversations provide an opportunity to learn more about the MBSR Teacher Training pathway and determine which training options may be the best fit for your background and goals.
These informal conversations are designed to help you explore your options and ask questions—there is no expectation or commitment to enroll.
Advising sessions may be helpful if you are:
- Exploring whether the MBSR Teacher Training pathway is the right next step for you
- Interested in teaching Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) or offering mindfulness programs in your community or organization
- Considering the Mindfulness Foundations & Facilitator Training or Teacher Advancement Intensive (TAI) courses
- Unsure how your background or professional experience aligns with MBSR teacher training
- Looking for guidance on the sequence and timing of courses within the training pathway
Select the appointment time that works best for you and complete the form to register. All advising sessions take place virtually via Zoom, and all times are listed in Eastern Time (ET).
