    Brown Mindfulness: Weekly Community Meditation Gathering Sign-Up

    Take a mindful pause each week with Brown Mindfulness at the School of Professional Studies. This free, 30-minute virtual gathering is open to all—whether you're brand new to meditation or returning to a long-standing practice.

    Each session includes:
    • A brief welcome and settling
    • A 20-minute guided meditation (sometimes with gentle movement)
    • An optional 5–10 minute community check-in
