We'll also give you a process for launching and developing A-Team. At the end of this web event you'll be able to:

    •  Describe and design the successful configuration of a team
    •  Launch and develop A-Team using a structured process
    •  Perform the basic responsibilities of a team leader
    •  Spot the common dysfunctions of a team and plan to mitigate them

Register below and you will receive details on how to join.

This master class will be led by Professor of the Practice, Ed Barrows. Ed has worked with leaders at all levels in the areas of strategy, strategic leadership, and leadership development for the past 25 years. He is an ICF-certified coach and a member of Harvard’s Institute of Coaching.
