Join an engaging, evidence-based master class on Mindfulness-Based Blood Pressure Reduction (MB-BP), an eight-week program developed by Dr. Eric Loucks, cardiovascular researcher and director of Brown’s Mindfulness Center.

    Built on the foundation of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and informed by the latest cardiovascular science, MB-BP helps participants lower high blood pressure and adopt sustainable lifestyle changes. The program teaches mindfulness techniques to address stress, inactivity, and unhealthy eating — all key factors in heart health.
