Join us for a live, online info session focused on the MBCT (mindfulness-based cognitive therapy) Teacher Training Pathway offered by Brown University’s School of Professional Studies.

    In this session, you will:
    • Learn about the full MBCT Teacher Training pathway, including prerequisites, core training steps and certification requirements
    • Hear directly from our faculty and program staff about what to expect in the training journey
    • Discover the key distinctions between MBCT and MBSR, and how each pathway supports different populations and intentions
    • Explore how the Mindfulness Facilitator credential fits into the broader training pathway
    • Ask questions and connect with our team
Please note: If you have not yet completed the prerequisite 8-week MBCT course, we recommend attending one of our monthly general Mindfulness-Based Programs information sessions to explore introductory offerings.

We look forward to supporting your next steps in becoming a qualified MBCT teacher.
